Analysing International Trade Data using TradeSift | Ukraine, February 2017

Earlier this month, we were delighted to work with CUTIS to deliver a 3 day workshop in Ukraine, “Analysing International Trade Data Using TradeSift”.

The Canada-Ukraine Trade and Investment Support (CUTIS) Project is a 5-year (2016-2021) Canadian development assistance initiative designed to lower poverty in Ukraine through increasing exports from Ukraine to Canada and investment from Canada to Ukraine.

Participants at this workshop attended from a cross section of departments: the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the Export Promotion Department, Ukrainian Industry Expertise and Canada-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce, together with members of CUTIS.

TradeSift is seen as a key tool in being able to maximize the capacity of Ukrainian export analysts and encouraging evidence-based decision-making on a policy level.
