We are delighted to announce that InterAnalysis will be running further Trade Policy courses this Autumn, at the Sussex Innovation Centre, University of Sussex, Brighton BN1 9SB, UK.
Our team of international trade specialists have considerable experience in delivering trade policy training courses to government officials and trade practitioners around the world using our own rapid and robust trade analysis software TradeSift.
“I take the opportunity to thank TradeSift team for their great work. I was really delighted to attend TradeSift course. I think the course was really very fruitful. I personally overwhelmingly benefitted from the course. I firmly believe every participant had the same feelings.”
The courses that will be available this Autumn are as follows and further course details are to be released soon:
– Introduction to TradeSift for Trade Policy Analysis
Focus on training in the economic analysis of international trade and trade policy and covers key conceptual issues such as the analysis of regional trade agreements, and how to identify export opportunity. Participants will be taught how to evaluate many dimensions of trade and trade policy using our TradeSift software.
– Partial Equilibrium Modelling
This course is designed as an introduction to Partial Equilibrium modelling. These models are widely used to simulate changes in trade policy, such as free trade agreements, on exports, imports, tariff revenue, and domestic production. The course will introduce the participants to how these models work, and show the participants how they can run their own simulations using freely available software.
